Much like that letter that NING's CEO sent us a few months ago which made us migrate over here to SocialGo.
So.
We have had a plan in store for a while.
Remember in 2009, when you could hear DEE JAY GREENGUY and the S.O.A. Extended family on YING YANG TWINS RADIO.
That program the Ying Yang Twins sent me to broadcast with, in 192 bit sound quality (which is much higher quality then the 64 bit sound blogtalk broadcasts wit) I still have.
I still got that program. That Phone # we was using to host the S.O.A. Radio show on Ying Yang Twins Radio (this phone line: 1-215-764-6373 remember?)
Yeah, we still got that phone line too. The Ying Yang Twins aint put no money on it, the sponcers like Domino's Pizza, Chaquita Banana, and Subway aint been payin lately either.
So we not gonna pay the Blogtalkradio ransom money, much like how we didn't negociate with the NING CEO.
So this is what we plan on doing:
We will buy the music player that "draftlight.net" is selling called, minicaster.
We might use the blogtalkradio show phone line for the 30 minutes, if we have to take multiple phone calls to a show segment, in association with the 1-215-764-6373 line and the minicaster.
The fact that they are removing all the songs, and only allowing 3 songs to be saved is too much for S.O.A. Radio to continue doing shows on that 64 bit low quality broadcast.
Returning to the 192 bit MP3 sound:

S.O.A. Radio in 192 bit MP3 Sound!
Sirius XM Radio Station
We plan on getting our Frequency broadcasting on this media form.
I plan on skipping steps 8-10, fuck a terrestrial radio station, and fuck the FCC (Federal Communication Commission). DEE JAY GREENGUY-S.O.A. Radio
I desire to skip some of the steps but in step 14 homes wrote: "be free of FCC regulations allowing you to say whatever you pretty much want on the air.

Things You'll Need:
Time

Business knowledge

Great communication skills
Radio experience (optional)
Step 1
Before you begin any work on starting a radio station define a niche that is interesting to you and that potentially might be interesting and entertaining to other people. You want to find something entertaining that people will listen to. Will you have an exciting music line up from different decades or a talk show that will discuss something unusual and draw a huge audience? You have to consider carefully what your specific niche on the radio will be.
Keep in mind that there are thousands of stations out there on the terrestrial radio, the Internet and Sirius XM satellite radio that you will be competing with. You will compete against many other people to try and build up an audience that will listen to your radio station. For example: perhaps you've immigrated to the United States from another country and the entire radio market lacks a station in your native language. This could present an opportunity for you to start a radio channel that will cater to the native speakers from your country that live in the United States. Many people that come to this country want to hear original programming in their own language and will gladly become a listener of your station once you open the doors. Think of something creative and something unique, and you will quickly gain an audience for your radio channel. Remember that without any audience your radio business will not succeed.
Step 2
Before you venture out and start a radio station create a business plan.
Owning and running a radio station is just like any other business. At the beginning you might be doing many things yourself, but once your audience begins to grow and you generate more revenue you will need to hire some staff to continue to expand. In your business plan include goals and milestones as well as future revenue projections. Define a mission statement and the type of broadcasting programs you will be planning on having. Will your channel host talk show, music or cover sporting events? Include this in your business plan as well as any start up expenses and running costs associated with the radio station.
Writing an effective business plan is whole other article, but to get some ideas on how to write a great business plan take a look at bplans.com (see resource section).
Step 3
Begin by starting a small Internet radio station.
Unless you're famous or have a lot of money then getting a Sirius XM radio station is going to be a huge challenge. If it was easy everyone would sign a million dollar contract and start hosting their own satellite radio station. Sirius XM looks for exclusive talent and by giving someone a station they look to bring in a certain number of subscribers in order to pay for the deal and make a decent profit. This is one of the reasons Howard Stern and Martha Steward got such huge deals from Sirius XM. They exclusively host their talk shows only on Sirius XM and as a result people sign up because they are well known celebrities that have unique talk radio shows.
We assume that you're not a celebrity and have very little money to get your radio station off the ground. So the easiest way to start a radio station is by doing it on the Internet. The barriers to entry for an Internet radio station are almost non existent and anyone with some interesting content can have their own Internet radio channel.
Step 4
Go to live365.com or SHOUTcast.com (see resource section) and sign up as a broadcaster. These websites offer advanced platforms for independent broadcasters to host their own radio programming.
Each site has different broadcasting plans and will charge you a monthly or yearly fee depending on the audience size you are planning on serving. There are a variety of plans available from 30 listeners all the way up to hundreds of thousands. It is recommended to start with a plan that will allow you to have a few thousand listeners and move your way up from there.
Step 5
Advertise your new Internet radio station.
Once you launch your Internet radio station you will have to do some marketing in order to get the word out and start building up an audience. Tell your family, your friends and everyone else that you have a radio station and they should tune in to listen. Once people find your station appealing they will tell their friends and family, and your audience will start to grow exponentially.
Step 6
Since your marketing budget might be small in the beginning use low cost advertising. Advertise on the Internet via Google and Yahoo. Do e-Mail marketing campaigns to try and get the word out. Don't forget to use traditional advertising media such as newspapers and business cards. Once you see some advertising revenue come in from your station take ads out on terrestrial radio stations and local TV stations to advertise and try to increase your audience.
Step 7
Update your business plan to reflect changes in your ever growing business.
Before proceeding to the next step you will need to update your business plan. In the updated business plan you will have to reflect all the changes that have occurred. Update your mission statement, revenues, profit, expenses as well as other aspects that have changed as the result of your radio station expanding.
Step 8
Start a terrestrial radio station.
Having an Internet radio station can only allow you to expand so much. Although Internet is very popular and people do listen to radio on the Internet, the audience is nevertheless limited in this radio media. If you really want to build up a huge audience of listeners you need to start a terrestrial radio station.
Every car on the road today is equipped with terrestrial radio and millions of people still listen to this type of media. The reason for starting an Internet radio station is to build up enough of an audience to transition to a terrestrial radio station once the numbers begin to grow and you are ready to expand further.
Unfortunately starting a terrestrial radio station can be very expensive. Starting such a business can sometimes cost upwards of a million dollars. If you have enough money to invest into a terrestrial radio station then you can skip all the previous steps and start right here.
Step 9
When starting your terrestrial radio station you will need to rent a separate studio out of which to broadcast, hire staff, acquire proper licenses from the FCC (Federal Communication Commission), rent or buy an FM or AM radio station frequencies as well as a host of other important elements crucial in successful radio broadcasting.
Step 10
Get help creating a terrestrial radio station.
Starting a terrestrial radio station is an extremely complex process that we can write a whole book on what steps to follow in order to successfully begin broadcasting on this type of radio media. To find out more information on how to proceed with terrestrial radio station visit themulcher.com (see the resource section) and consider using their services when you decide to undertake this venture.
Step 11
Find an investor(s).
Unless you can generate enough advertising revenue from your Internet radio station you will need to find investor or investors to fund your terrestrial radio start up. Show the investors your latest business plan and tell them why you think your business will succeed. Let them listen to your existing Internet radio station in order to get a sample of the content you will be offering your audience on the terrestrial radio. Let the investors know that your content will still be available for listening on the Internet once you launch your terrestrial radio station so the audience will have two separate forms of media to choose from when listening to your station. Make sure you point out to the investors how the station will make money.
If you already generate some revenue from advertising on your Internet radio station show the investors your financial statements and projections of the revenue that will come from the terrestrial radio channel. Investors are always eager and excited to find out how much profit they can potentially make from their investment.
Step 12
Prepare for the transition to Sirius XM satellite radio.
Once your terrestrial and Internet radio stations are fully operational and broadcast for a few years you should be capable of pulling in at least several hundred thousand listeners. It is preferred that you gain as much as a couple of million listeners, but a half a million or little less would be sufficient enough. At this point if you feel your radio stations have achieved all of the goals and are as successful as they can ever be then prepare to approach Sirius XM radio for an exclusive deal.
Step 13
Set up a meeting with management at Sirius XM and offer them your services. Give them your updated business plan and point out that you have many loyal listeners that you can potentially turn into paying subscribers if you were to have a channel of your own on Sirius XM satellite radio.
Once Sirius XM looks at your business plan, analyzes your radio station's demographics and looks at the potential number of subscribers you can bring in they might offer you a deal to sign with them. Now the deal might not be multi million dollars, but it can be significant enough where it will allow you to enjoy a nice income plus additional revenue from advertising on your satellite station.
Step 14
Transition to Sirius XM radio station.
One of the downsides of getting your very own Sirius XM satellite radio station is that you will have to shut down your Internet and terrestrial radio stations and move the whole channels to satellite radio to be exclusively available on that media. In the process you might lose a significant amount of listeners because some people will not want to pay to listen to your station. On the other hand you will be able to host your channel(s) commercial free or almost free and be free of FCC regulations allowing you to say whatever you pretty much want on the air.
If you achieve the goal of transitioning to Sirius XM satellite radio your business will be complete and a tremendous success. Continue to broadcast and further acquire a larger audience.

Tips & Warnings
Remember to constantly have original, quality and unique content. Your audience will love coming back and will grow if they know that your radio station is worth listening to and offers an entertaining listening experience.
Constantly revisit your business plan and update it in order to reflect any changes that have occurred in your business. Also look at the goals and milestones in the business plan to see if you are achieving them.
When negotiating with Sirius XM for a deal make sure to point out all the aspects on why your listeners will follow you and subscribe to satellite radio once you get your own radio channel.
When preparing to transition to Sirius XM advertise your move on your terrestrial and Internet radio as much as you can. Try to convince your audience that moving to satellite radio is beneficial not only because they will continue listening to your channel commercial free, but also many other channels offered exclusively by Sirius XM satellite radio.

S.O.A.z Radio and Sluggerville Radio for Government Grant Funding
Petition for: The Community at Large
Addressed to: Government Grant Administrators/ Decision Makers
With equal opportunity membership at www.thesoaz.com which we have created as a social network.
This website we plan on generating advertisement revenue from also, once this grows,
like myspace, twitter, and facebook. We had 260 members join our old networking site
(between 2008 and 2010).
In August 2008 APG Forx Promotions was started to go for goals of getting commercials and
more listeners to the radio stations we created.
In, JUNE of 2009, the Well Known group YING YANG Twins started syndicating the radio show.
They sent me a software program worth over $600 to do the radio show on.
That software program had a music player broadcasting the show at 192 bit MP3 sound quality.
That is DVD sound quality.
The S.O.A. Radio Show should be broadcasting at that level on the www.thesoaz.com stream.
We no longer broadcast on 98.2 The Beat or Ying Yang Twins Radio because
We would like to build the show into a similar configuration. Also we plan on building the brand.
The funding would go into setting up the SERVER computers to host this frequency.
Setting up the IIS settings to host the show at that HIGH DEF level of sound quality.
Ideal is 128 bit MP3 sound quality for CD's, we are currently broadcasting at the 64 bits sound frequency
on Deep Freeze radio, blogtalkradio, and mixshowblast.
Once we have this set up, at the 192 bit sound quality, the next step would be to get the show
streaming off the website www.thesoaz.com and also establish the 215-764-6373 phone line as
the main phone number to the show.
After that we would do artist development to generate more listeners to the radio show, gain interest.
There are some things we can do to establish that. Some local stores have agreed to play some of the
artists music we have in there stores over the loud speakers if we give them some CDs
without dirty words in them.
Once the brand of Sluggerville Radio and S.O.A.z Radio is strong enough to sell, we plan on making
up T-Shirts for the show and sell those, hats. This is part of our plan to generate revenue funds.
APG Forx Promotions will administrate the Studios of
S.O.A.z Radio at APG Studios and create jobs for the station by keeping the Computers Running
that are hosting the 192 bitrate MP3 sound quality.
We will also administrate a second studio, called Sluggerville Studio 7.
After Sluggerville Radio is streaming world-wide at a 192 bit sound quality at the high definition
frequency on it's own phone line and website.
Things That The Radio Show Needs:
Time
Money
More Listeners
To Advertise the new Internet radio stations
We have done some marketing in order to get the word out and start building up an audience.
Telling our family, our friends and everyone else that the radio stations are on and they should
tune in to listen when we are live.
People find our station appealing. We expect the shows to grow exponentially.
Since our marketing budget is small, we can't afford advertising.
Funding to Advertise on the Internet via Google and Yahoo. Renting Billboards and
Signs in Public Transportation.
Traditional advertising media such as newspapers and business cards.
Once our advertising revenue come in, from the commercials we plan on running on
the 2 radio shows, this company can grow.
Our stations plan to take ads out on terrestrial radio stations & TV stations to advertise
Our mission is to get revenues, profit, to pay the expenses of expansion.
We plan on finding new investor(s).
Investors are always eager and excited to find out how much profit they can potentially
make from their investment. So we will cut them deals on profit sharing.
We plan on arranging a meeting with management at Sirius XM to
offer them our services. Give them our updated business plan and point out that our
shows have many loyal listeners that you can potentially turn into paying subscribers
if one of our stations were to have a channel on Sirius XM satellite radio.
Since satellite radio stations ask the shows to be exclusive, instead of losing many of our
listeners because some people will not want to pay to listen to your station, we will
get around this by Sending One of the Two Radio Shows to Satellite, the other will stay on
the internet. One Radio Station will be able to host your channel(s) commercial free, or almost free.
Both Radio Stations FREE of FCC regulations allowing the hosts to say whatever words they want
to say the air.
We, the undersigned, would like to express our approval, we all think this is worth Government Grant Funding.

---------------------------------------> BENEATH THIS LINE IS THE PETITION:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
S.O.A.z Radio and Sluggerville Radio for Government Grant Funding

1st Copy of the ruff draft: FOR Gov' Funding Grant $$$
Objectives: To built a company that can survive in today's new economy.
APG FORX PROMOTIONS, LLC.
This company will last on advertising.
Promote the music, the music artists, and gain partners and sponsors through using the radio show.
The appeal to the radio station is that we can allow bad words that the FCC does not allow on FM or AM terrestrial radio can not allow.
The other thing is, the songs we play are not selected the same way as those radio stations.
It is a equal opportunity membership at www.thesoaz.com which we have created as a social network.
This website we plan on generating advertisement revenue from also, once this grows, like myspace and twitter and facebook.
We had 260 members join our old networking site between 2008 and 2010. That was on NING, the NING company asked us to pay them to keep the site, so we moved it to www.thesoaz.com because the company doesn't have any revenue yet.
In August 2008 APG Forx Promotions was started to go for goals of getting commercials and more listeners.
In JUNE of 2009 the Well Known group YING YANG Twins started syndicating the radio show.
They sent me a software program worth over $600 to do the radio show on. That software program had a music player broadcasting the show at 192 bit MP3 sound quality.

Then I would have to create a second phone line for APG Studios.
After that we would do artist development to generate more listeners to the radio show, gain interest.
There are some things we can do to establish that. Some local stores have agreed to play some of the artists music we have in there stores over the loud speakers if we give them some CDs without dirty words in them.
We can get in touch with either CD Baby duplication, OASIS, or Diskmakers for the big music projects we could put in the stores to gain fans for the show.
Then we can call the Billboards in the Areas, and get them to put ads on the Billboards all over the United States advertising the S.O.A. Radio Show and the information on how to listen to the show.
Then we can pay the Public Transportation companies like Septa, Patco, and other local companies to advertise the show in there buses and trains.
We will make up T-Shirts for the show and sell those, hats.
We will then, duplicate the S.O.A. Radio Steps to get this show more listeners to the other radio station that my company has been building since 2008 called Sluggerville Radio.
We have had over 3,000 people download CDs we put on the internet for free downloads under the name “S.O.A.z, Sluggerville and The Extended Family” and we put out over 6 CD's for free on Datpiff and DJ FADE's THAT CRACK so our names are gaining recognition.
All of the steps for S.o.A.z radio on www.thesoaz.com will be duplicated in building Sluggerville Radio.
APG Forx Promotions will administrate the Studios of S.O.A.z Radio at APG Studios and create jobs for the station by keeping the Computers Running that are hosting the 192 bitrate MP3 sound quality.
We will also administrate a second studio, called Sluggerville Studio 7.
After Sluggerville Radio is streaming world-wire at a 192 bit sound quality a high definition frequency on it's own phone line and website. Then we should have a marketing department for both radio stations. We plan on getting a building to run these two stations.
APG studios used to exist in the original location of APG Promotions, LLC. In Morton, Pa and now is running in my new office in New Jersey.
I plan on getting employees to run the computers that host the 192 bitrate frequency in many different locations.
The second studio will be where we put our administration employees. In the basement will be our corporate office. With Marketing and other administrative employees. The 1st floor will be the club and bar area where the artists we promote can perform at. The 3rd floor will be a recording studio.
The bar area will serve alcohol and also have a stage area, where DJ's can host live shows from and also we can have the radio shows be hosted from the area.
This bar area will have similar lay out to the South Philly Chickie's and Peetes where 610 WIP does live shows from sometimes. This building will not have a Kitchen for food. It will have the ability to be used for all kinds of events.
There will also be a gift shop to sell T-Shirts, Hats, CD's made by Self Owned Artists.
APG Forx Promotions will pay salaries of employees in the administrative office, marketing office, the company will pay IT staff for the Servers hosting the radio show. Pay the salaries of the sound engineering for the artists in the studio.
The bar tenders will also get paid by this company.
The income for the company will come off the advertisements, the sponcers, the CD sales, the DVD sales, the artists paying to use the studio to record music. Also all the merchandising of Sluggerville radio and S.O.A.z Radio products.

This adds to the list of Websites that no longer exist....
Back in Late 2007 and early 2008 this Blog covered old websites that were very memorable which had went out of business or just no longer exist.
IUMA- International Underground Music Artists was probably one of those, if not, that one was great.
Garageband- Greenguy was my screen name on that site, I was a member from 2000 -2010.
After 10 years of doing what they do, and me contributing my ideas, and music.
Garageband had closed last month.
Of course when you read all the blogs I put here from 2007 until the present, you will notice that Garageband inspired me to post this blog.
Also, we had a site on NING, but I deleted it. It was once the main focus of our presence on the internet.
Today I would like to show a time-line of the focus of our movement on the internet:
YEAR-2000 Main Focus: IUMA & GARAGEBAND
2001----------------------GARAGEBAND & MP3.com
2002----------------------SAME AS 2001
2003----------------------MP3.com only
2004----------------------MP3.com only
2005----------------------GARAGEBAND and YAHOO 360 Degrees, THA HOOD
2006----------------------GARAGEBAND and mckomandoni.com
2007----------------------THIS WEBSITE CALLED "On Remote" powered by BLOGGER
2008----------------------The old NING PAGE, (was at www.thesoaz.ning.com)
2009----------------------The old NING PAGE
2010----------------------The new S.O.A. Radio Site @ www.thesoaz.com
If you learn anything about music websites on the internet, from this blog, read my posts from 2007 and 2008 and you will find the most common theme here is that these websites all expire and delete after 2 or 3 years.
To keep up with that, build your presence on the web by stayin Up on things.

YOU WILL SEE HOW mp3.com went out of business, Geocities went out of business, Garageband.com owners sold the site to iLIKE and FACEBOOK's ownership group, and the internet sites I made like paullove.net, omegaredd.com, kwinmd.com and mckomandoni.com had been mentioned in here a bunch of times....
Since so many sites go out of business and you can not view the shit I did on them, starting with all the music that mp3.com lost when they left, I have been backing up everything.

So now, you can access our shit at www.thesoaz.ning.com or www.thesoaz.com
BLOGTALKRADIO is the source of our RADIO SHOWS
I backed up a few of the episodes to PODOMATIC, when I get my studio set back up again, I will try to get some more of the classic episodes backuped up to the PODOMATIC site.
