APG FORX Promotions, LLC.

August 1st, 2008 we had formed a corporation called APG Forx Promotions, LLC.
Soon after we opened accounts with WELLS FARGO/ Wachovia for the Business under the TAX ID # for the LLC.

We were going for a business loan from that company.

My divorce decree just came this month though, I got mines before Tiger Woods but I wanted mines in 2007 though.

This matters because I'm the CEO of the company.

My social security number shows I have bad credit so I can't get a loan under my name.

That was the original plan.

-----------------------------------------> Some time before the Divorce Decree was official during the summer of 2010 I closed the account that was started in 2008 for APG FORX PROMOTIONS, LLC. at Wells Fargo / Wachovia.
------------------------> THE BUSINESS LOAN was not a good plan, because I researched my credit score and saw this account my X used to have. That would make it impossible for me to get a business loan because I can't pay back her debt, I refuse to any way.

------------------------> She was a veteran of the NAVY, her VA checks from Uncle Sam were coming in Direct deposite in that account, she added my name to the account back when we were still married, then she ran it into the negative. By like 400 or 500 or so.

I sent WELLS FARGO a letter showing the DIVORCE DECREE and telling them about a FRAUD incident that she did to me involving METRO PCS and disguising her voice using my Soc Sec # to get my phone turned on on her phone, so she could then use my phone # to text people, talk about FRAUD ! Talk about Identity Theft !

The company I started & got official back in 2008 would have closed and been deleted before ever really doing anything. I couldn't get the business loan from Wachovia, where the business account was at. But GREENGUY don't ever quit.

But Greenguy never QUITS, the Gov' Grant was the next plan. Changing the plan was smart. I don't have to pay back the Grant, a Loan has to be paid back.
